Amazing!
In my opinion the background is a bit mono, but thats just my opinion lol.
I like feel of this picture as a whole, especially the shading and choice of colors.

Anyway, i have to say that her eyes are... interesting.
U didnt puff out the cloak enough though. Like its more of a drench coat than a cloak.

I clicked for the anime art, but when i saw the name, i ROFLed.
Anyway the picture is hilarious, but the ears(in my opinion) where a bit too small.
It looks professional, but needs color.
A nice picture overall, 8/10.
