epic.

not bad, but i wouldnt say metal. I would say heavy rock at the very least.
The drums were good, but killed the guitars. Its a good song, and im glad i could listen to it. Downloaded. I could imagine this being the music for a final boss of something epic like...umm... Well i would say sonic, but thats overused... Mabye a revamp of Chrono Trigger, and is not Chrono Cross. Yeah has an epic feeling to it.

Same one i use, makes a good sound.
Anyway what i think the dude under is saying thats missing is a pad.
Kick was flat, the song was repetitive, but had its individuality.
8/10 the 2/10 being room for improvement.

I agree somewhat. This song is one of my very first projects that I decided to revamp. The repetitiveness is there, yes. However, my goal with the song was to add more interesting transitions while maintaining the overall melody (possibly giving it the illusion of variation).

But its repetitive, and too short.
Also Its not house.
Its very beautiful, and i love it.
Try remixing this into an actualy house song with a nice kick and your good to go!

Not a fan of this genre.
Anyway, Adding the guitar to the had its ups an down. It sounded good, but made the song feel out of place.
I didnt expect the guitar in the first place, so this surprised me.
Also that synth that sounded close to a hardstyle type synth didnt go with the song as much as you hoped. It was good though, because all of the things i mentioned up there actually made the song more interesting. Repetitive, But name a song in todays world that isnt repetitive. This song is very deep. I like it!
P.S. PM me when the next song is comin out. And if you are taking requests, then can you try remixing Gigalopolis zone From Sonic Chaos On Game Gear?
It had a cool melody, and I think that a remix should kep the 8-bit feel to it. Just a suggestion, since you did so well with memories of green. PM when the next song is comin out!

If there wasn't the guitar, it wouldn't be a remix of Long Train Running, it would have been an original drum'n'bass track. The "hardstyle-like" synth was a hoover-type sound. I'm not generally very good at anything hard. I thought it added to it.

I'm not taking requests, but I'll keep it in mind. I remember that song, and I enjoyed it a lot. So there's a chance. I hate doing remixes. It's just, all of my new originals will be sold, so I kinda just throw some shit together for Newgrounds every once in a while. Whether or not it's appreciated, I have no idea.
